Note (from Dodgetalk.com thread):
'135 Newton-Meters = 100 ft/lbs. I looked up
the torque spec in the FSM, it was listed as 135 N/M.
TSB came out regarding warped rotors back in 2003,
and that document recommended 100 ft/lbs. I think
it was later revised to 105 ft/lbs, but not sure on that.
135 ft/lbs is too much force. Maximum standard torque
value for Grade 5 for 9/16" studs is 115 ft/lbs.'
